The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has started an investigation of this charge. Most of the former workers accusing discrimination are more than 40 years of age and non -South Asian origin. They say that TCS had trimmed him but took favor to his Indian colleagues. Some of the Indian workers were working on H-1B visas.
