A new twist has come to light in data storage technology. Scientists of Fudan University have developed a flash memory device that is said to be the fastest memory in the world. This device is named 'POX' and its size is also smaller than the rice grain. But its biggest feature is its speed. The company claims that this memory can erase and write data into 400 picosacconds (1 trillion of 1 second).
