I cannot rate the item as it never worked and I had to return it. I am hoping the new one will be in working order…it just arrived so I cannot say more. I was not overly pleased at the length of time it took to send me a new one…I sent it UPS on Mar 6th and received the new on Mar 21 but only after I sent an email asking where it was. I was promised a $7.50 credit on the postage that I paid..Have not seen that as yet but I am hopeful.

I ordered 2 Plantronics wireless headsets which came from Technology Galaxy. The headset is great but I ended up only needing one. I have been trying to return the other headset but Technology Galaxy will not respond to my e-mails. I have been following their instructions for the return and still get no response and the 30 day response time for returns is almost past. I would not recommend ordering this product if it is coming from Technology Galaxy.

Speaker phone quality is very good. The mute button activates silently which is something I appreciate because my last phone did not and people could hear me coming on/off mute.
I wish that the headphone jack and button would work with a wireless headphone. I got this product and also purchased the Plantronics CS-55 wireless headset. The only way to connect the headset to the phone is by disconnecting the handset. I agree with other reviewers who commented that it would be good if you could lower the volume of the key tones when dialing. When using the phone at night when the kids are asleep it is noisy.

I have been looking for a better headset than the one that comes with Dragon NaturallySpeaking Preferred. I searched through the Internet quite extensively until I came to Amazon.com. I read the reviews of this headset, and I looked at the available accessories offered. I found the behind-the-head headband that sounded more comfortable to wear. I bought both items and I am glad that I did!
The quality of the headset I found to be quite excellent, especially for Dragon NaturallySpeaking. I could control some of the functions of my laptop from out in my driveway, so that when I got back in the house the programs were already loaded. There is not much more that I can say that has not been said in the other reviews, other than in the negative review.
At present I do not use Skype… but I am thinking of looking into it! I am glad that I found these reviews!
