I had very high hopes for this product. Read awesome reviews and the hooks looked industrial strength. As a mom of a 6 year old and 9 month old twins, we frequently have a lot of stuff to drag around, so we were on the hunt for something strong. Initially these hooks worked great….we used them while traveling to hang the car seat bases from the stroller while walking through the airport. They are very strong hooks. We thought, “No problem for our day-to-day items.” They held grocery bags, my purse, extra toys- you name it. Then one day I took them out to clip on the stroller for a trip to the park and the spring mechanism broke. The clip wouldn’t stay closed. Maybe just a bum hook, that happens. So we tossed it. About 3 days later the second hook gave. Couldn’t keep that one closed either. We were very disappointed. Expected much more wear and durability out of the these hooks.

Saw this on a friend’s baby registry and realized it would be perfect to help me carry in all my shopping bags from the car into the house in just one trip (assuming the bags are more bulky than heavy). Works very well, and I’m sure it would be handy for its other intended uses. Great value for the functionality.

I bought something almost identical from Home Depot for $2.99. Just sold as simple versatile hook. The wording on the foam part just says something generic, not “The Mommy Hook”. It works great for hanging things off the stroller handle bar!
Mommies beware though, I’ve learned that many things can simply be rebranded / marketed as “baby-fied” items, and all of a sudden you’re paying twice as much.
That said, this is an awesome product when used as a stroller hanger.

Great product; very handy; but for some reason, the particular hook I purchased broke within the first few days of use. I plan on purchasing another hook from Home Depot/Lowe’s – identical size and function, cheaper price.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I thought it was a joke. However, I LOVE this. I have a Combi Double Stroller which has an OK sized basket underneath which is very hard to access. I usually use this for hanging bags at the store or my 3 year olds back so I have easy access to her stuff. Love it!
