The items arrived swiftly and in proper condition exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, as the pump didn’t ship from same supplier and didn’t arrive until 10 days later, I had no idea that I actually didn’t need the adapters. Everything was fine in terms of condition and delivery, however, having worked in shipping departments for companies, I did feel that the shipping charge was excessive for the type and weight of the item. I am aware of what it would cost me to ship a similar item using the usual methods of priority mail, fed ex, or ups, and the charges were literally several times that cost and also several times the cost of the item. In future, I would look to a local supplier of such items in the community rather than pay such exhorbitant shipping charges.

I bought the upgrade krstal clear model 655t filter pump for my 18ft. pool because the original one broke after 3 years. I also bought the hose conversion adapters kit.
After reading the instructions of the pump (no instructions came with the adapters) i had to totally eliminate the filter strainers that attach to the hoses which made me a little upset but the filter strainers that are supposed to fit inside the pool will not fit on the 18 ft pools and there is no adapter kit for these strainers.
other than that everything else fit and will be turning it on in a few hours.
I ordered my adapters from CMS but not my pump and had no problems with either company.

The adapters were easy to use, installed very quickly, and work well. I put the adapters in about two months ago, it took only a couple minutes, and hooked my new larger pump. From other reviews of the adapter, I was unsure that they would work as well as they did, I found that the black plastic liner inside the adapter was more durable than I expected and that it made a leak-free seal.

When we bought the pool from Sam’s we should of upgraded the pump
from the beginning

These hose adapters go on very easily and seal up perfectly, the only problem I really have is that they are a bit heavy. I have the 16ft easy set pool and these are heavy enough to the point that they pull down on the pools hose attachmants, I was a little consered that with that weight like that they may eventially slip off and produce a leak but they havent they have held up great.
