I cannot say enough good about this shampoo or the Hoover Platinum Shampooer. It got stains out than have been in my carpet for a long time. Other reviewers complained about the cost but I think it’s worth the bit extra.

When this product arrived it had leaked all over the inside of the box. I contacted amazon customer service and they are sending me another one. Hopefully, the next one will not leak. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from amazon. I am happy to report that they did not have me ship the leaking detergent back to them. Could not ask for better service, that’s why I love amazon.

It is over priced but a little goes a long way so I guess it is worth the cost. It cleans and deoderizes the carpet great.

I will never buy from this site again.

I had to reorder twice and they finally shipped it 3 weeks later. In fact FedEx tracking link showed them shipping the product the day after my last email to this site saying “Where’s my stuff”.

The product itself it the best I have ever tried. Leaves the carpet feeling soft and it brightens the color making it feel and look brand new.
