I ordered this colored stripe LA robe Sleeve and the same product in a brown monochrome stripe: Be.ez 100883 LA robe Allure Sleeve for New iPad (Moka). I’ll be keeping the brown one, as the light colors look dull in this fabric. Also, the bright white of the zipper doesn’t match the white stripes on the case, which are a bit more yellow. The effect looks cheap.
As far as the case’s construction, the product is well made, and the top-zip entry provides quick access to your iPad, unlike some of the stretch cases. The zipper is well-shielded from the product, so I’m not worried about any scratches.
The material feels like a dense foam. This is nice and sturdy, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be memory foam. When I squeeze a it just a little bit with my thumb and forefinger, it depresses forever. I fear this means it won’t be resilient over time.
