I loved the AC1 – it was coolest action game of the year – fast. But I am so disappointed with this version.
FIRST OF ALL – IT IS NOT REALLY AN ACTION GAME – IT IS MORE LIKE A 3RD PERSON PUZZLE GAME, WHERE TIMED PUZZLES WILL MAKE YOU SICK AND FRUSTRATED IN NO TIME ONCE YOU GET TO THEM.
2.) DRM obviously gave me and my friend(game owner) more frustration.
3.) In the game, you have to make money and pay for everything – even health – BUT – it doesn’t matter how much you spend for your weapons – none of those weapons will kill your enemy faster, unless you perform a successful counter attack, but then again – it doesn’t matter how expensive your weapon was – “EZIO’S SKILLS” killed the enemy – not his expansive weapon.
4.) you have to repair your armor every time it gets hit – means every time it gets hit you have to waste your time to locate the weapon shop and pay small amount to fix it. Same story with the doctor – I wish EZIO would have had a medical insurance on auto pay every 20 minutes…
BOTTOM LINE – the game is slow in progress because of the lack of action and tons of timed puzzles that cause nothing but aggravation and frustration. I am glad the early DRM rumors saved me from buying this pice of junk puzzle game. I know the crack’s been released not so long ago, but now I don’t even want that pice of junk for free.
So if you like action puzzles and have nothing else to do – this is for you. I rate it 2/5 only because there is some action – but don’t worry – you don’t have to be a batman champion to kill your enimies in this game – just make sure you have enough money to support your health and armor
cheeeezzzzzzzz.

Buyer Beware this comes with the online only drm garbage. Ubisoft treats customers like criminals. Hey I just got a new Xbox. Sorry ubi I won’t buy your products for any system.

Ubisoft’s DRM authentification servers have crashed and have been attacked in the past, locking people out of the game entirely while servers are unavailable. And, even if these servers work perfectly 100% of the time, which they haven’t, there is no guarantee Ubisoft won’t shut them down in the future when they want you to move on to Assassin’s Creed 3.

I would have loved this game. I would have persuaded my friends to buy it. I didn’t. Why? Because, in order to play this single-player game you must always be online. I encourage you to boycott games from Ubisoft and EA that utilize this asinine strategy to undermine legit customers. The only ones who get to play this title uninterrupted are the pirates this technology is meant to stop. Still, it’s just a game. You can safely live your life without it. Please heed my words and boycott this oppressive technology until the publishers realize they aren’t gaining customers from it.
